Hotel Jazz Market Square Wroclaw

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city.

I faced numerous challenges . First, the shower in our room did not drain properly, causing water to flood the bathroom and spill into the room. It took two hours for maintenance to resolve the issue, ruining our first evening. The breakfast service was disorganized. We had trouble finding seating due to staff communication issues, exacerbated by their limited English proficiency.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to a tram stop and easy to find. In the evening we visited Orientuj sie, set close to the hotel. We stayed in triple room with good wi-fi, everything was very good.

Its location is particularly good, adjacent to the city center.

The location is fantastic! Just a stone's throw from the city center. Very convenient for sightseeing! The cleanliness in the room was on point!

Unfortunately, I faced a real safety scare one night that left me shaken-no proper security and unhelpful staff! Made staying here quite tense!

The spacious twin room reminded me of a flat, and the 24/7 reception made check-in easy.

The room was super spacious and really well-designed with high-quality materials. I loved relaxing in the inviting lounge area and enjoying the complimentary breakfast that was surprisingly good for the price. It would've been nice if the check-in process was a bit clearer, but overall, I had a great time 😊

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The Wi-Fi connection was poor on the first floor.

A serious security incident marred the experience, with someone attempting to enter my room during the night, leading to a terrifying panic. After calling the reception for assistance multiple times, the response was inadequate, leaving me feeling vulnerable and unsafe. While the location is great and the room was clean with functioning air conditioning, the lack of staff presence and security at such a critical time was alarming. No one seemed to take the situation seriously, deepening the sense of unease.

The hotel has an exceptionally nice and stunning location close to tram stops for easy access to other parts of town. The king room I stayed in had a very comfy bed.3. The food offer at the hotel is brilliant.
